The woman who answered the phone told me she could have someone at my house in a few hours. Randy came out within 2 hours of me calling. He was polite, concerned about my issue, and immediately addressed the problem. He not only got rid of the raccoon which was trapped in a very odd place, he fixed the issue and he secured the space so that an animal could not enter again. I was very happy with the service!

I called Swat Wildlife on the advice of a neighbour who was very happy with their work. I had had another company come out to inspect the house and advise me about raccoon protection as well as a different company come to deal with carpenter bees. The person from the raccoon company was very nice but basically said that there was nothing I could do to prevent racoons from getting under my front porch except to remove anything they could hide in (like a garbage can or bin that was stored under the porch). Ron from Swat Wildlife came to inspect the house today and immediately sealed off the openings with wire screening above and below ground to keep the racoons from getting under the porch. (This method had worked for my neighbour). He also made sure they could not get in where they had attempted to rip off the wooden and lattice door to the storage area under the porch. Ron also fixed some damage done by the company who came to deal with the bee problem and, In addition, he sealed off a number of areas where bees might create a problem in the future.

Moreover, he could not have been nicer and is a good communicator. He patiently answered all of my questions in a way that educated me about racoons and bees. In addition, he spotted an area on a neighbours property that might be where a bees nest is. He was helpful way beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend him. My neighbour was also completely satisfied with the work of a different person (Johnny) from this company.

Finally, I had a great experience with the woman who took my phone call when I first called the company on Friday. She got back to me right away and arranged for Ron to come on Monday at a time that fit with my schedule.

In short, I had a great experience with this company and have already recommended them to another friend/neighbour.

Swat wildlife helped remove with assessing and finding where the squirrels were getting into our deck! Fast and efficient and came up with a good plan for removal.

Randy did a great job in removing dead squirrels from our chimney, and capping the chimney. He was professional and knowledgeable and completed the job thoroughly.

I had SWAT come to my house before to deal with squirrels in my attic. I wasnt sure they would deal with a wasp nest that sent construction workman on our porch home. Swat was quick, showed up the next day and took care of the problem. That is the only critter company I will use in future.

Raccoons formerly burrowed into our back porch, and made it so disgusting that we had to take down the porch entirely.
