We live in an 80+ year old home and last year we had some water issues in one part of our basement. I am not a handy perso by any stretch of the imagination so as I started to talk to folks and thy mentioned things like foundation damage etc. I got really worried. I called Cale for an opinion I could trust. He did not jump to conclusions, spent his time testing a few theories and checking every possibility. When he came back with his recommendation he had two options. Both would solve the problem. One option was truly just a solve and the most ost effective way to do it. \the second option had somevery well thought out and aesthetically pleasing aspects that took the solution to a new level. We chose to go the simpler route and Cale did the work quickly and with great results. One of the other important things that I admire about the way Cale consucts his business is that he is very consious of how he worksite looks. No one likes to put their neighbours out anymore than they have to and Cale understands this. At the end of every day he cleaned up the site and made sure that there was no mess and that th area was safe enough to leave. This was truly an added bonus as I live in a busy neighborhood with lots of kids. I would highly recomend Cale to anyone who needs any type of work done on their house or property.
