A member of my family hired Valentin for a plumbing job a few years ago. Since then, he has done several jobs for our family --- responding to several emergency crises, and installing fixtures in our bathroom. He even came out in the middle of a holiday weekend to fix a kitchen faucet that was spraying water everywhere. Now he is the only plumber our family will use.

He is prompt to come out in response to our calls, quick to finish the job, does excellent work and uses quality materials. His pricing is fair, and I trust him to be honest and conscientious. He is friendly, polite and courteous, and I like that he cleans up after himself. He stands behind his work, too --- when a faucet he had installed the year before sprang a leak, he fixed it free of charge even though the guarantee had expired a couple of days earlier.

I highly recommend Valentin for any plumbing job. He is simply the best plumber I have ever dealt with.

The attachments (which I now know were called hose bibs) for our washing machine recently started leaking. I emailed Valentin from the Homestars site on Tuesday and had a reply from him that evening. He understood exactly what the problem was based on my inexpert description, and arrived promptly as promised on Thursday morning. He was polite and professional and had the job done within half an hour. We will definitely call him again the next time we need a plumber.

The secret is out - at least for everyone who needed a plumber and was lucky enough to have Valentin come over. I called him to replace my shower faucets. It wasn’t your standard set - but not a problem for Valentin. He came over the next day and installed the unit in a timely manner. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. As others have stated - he was ready to offer suggestions and always made sure to get your opinion.

The second time I called Valentin was not planned - but due to a ruptured pipe ( yes, said it - that dreaded winter horror no one wants to face). He came over and fixed the problem - much to our relief.

Valentin is a hands on licensed plumber who does his own work - which is very good to know when choosing a plumber.

Pros - timely, clean, polite, reasonable, professional and ...a nice person

Cons - there’s only one of him so if is busy - you’ll have to wait, but it will be worth it.

btw - I had a few couple of other plumbers come over but happy to have found Valentin

I didn't have a plumber and found Valentin on the HomeStars webs-ite. I saw he had a high rating and decided to call him.
I called Valentin on Dec 23rd to get an appointment for him to repair my toilet and problem with my bathroom sink drain. He came the next day and repaired both projects efficiently, quickly and at a reasonable rate. Valentin also gave me very useful information on some future projects I have planned. I would highly recommend Valentin for any plumbing related projects.

Valentin was great! He came in right away and replaced my broken toilet. He did the job fast and seamlessly. He was very nice, helpful and trustworthy.The installation looks good he picked up the toilet for mefrom Home Depot which was very helpful.

I called Strong Plumbing when the water from my washing machine was bubbling up the centre drain in the basement. Valentin arrived early the next morning. He cleared roots from the main pipe going from the house to the street. He also cleared the interior drain and gave me some great ideas on how to maintain clear drain pipes. I recently reached Valentin through Home Stars and found his service was of exceptionally good quality.
