I chose Strong Plumbing based off of Homestars reviews and the service was stellar. Valentin was able to come same day and provided an estimate prior. He was able to diagnosis the problem (hot water pipe occluded by rust buildup), fix it and prevent other pipes from suffering the same fate.
I also had an issue with a running toilet that was quickly fixed with a new part. Beyond Valentin's incredible knowledge, he is a very thoughtful individual who pointed out a couple of other minor issues and offered suggestions for easy fixes in the bathroom.
I was so impressed with Valentin's professionalism, attention to safety (mask, gloves, booties) and overall demeanor that I have already booked him to come back and do an upgrade job.
