Strong plumbing was great to work with from the beginning. My message was promptly answered when I first contacted, and the work was set up to be completed next day. Valentin was on time when he came, efficient, and knowledgeable. My taps were seized in the laundry and he replaced them with better taps then my previous ones. Although this was not a big job, I was impressed that we were treated as if we had a big job (we have a small home, and have been told in past that our jobs are "too small so it's not priority for us" or workers have arrived late because "we had a big job before you"). I appreciated the respect we were given and priority even for just my taps (I have kids, so having working laundry is a must!). I would definitely hire strong plumbing again.
