Valentin was terrific! He was clear in asking about the problem and quoting beforehand, diagnosing other issues while on-site and completely prepared for the work at hand. He also arrived on time, completed the work quickly and he was on budget.
Having to repair plumbing in an older home is never a fun thing to do, but Valentin made it as painless as possible. We would certainly request his service again for either planned or unplanned work.
