Needed a new drain stopper - a small job. Valentin responded quickly via email and I liked his customer service orientation and use of technology to be efficient. He requested a picture on the phone and then was able to pre-purchase the part I needed, then scheduled a visit.. AND HE ARRIVED ON TIME (in fact - early). Job was completed quickly, he cleaned up afterwards and I was very happy.
Would definitely recommend him - great customer service.
