Valentin is incredible! Not only does he have a great personality, he's totally professional, explains everything very well and sent a very good team to help with the work. We had huge amounts of water coming in and he sent Dennis who arrived within the hour. Ultimately, we needed to do a pipe burst [replace clay pipes with PVC] which stops water coming in the house for good! So impressed - we will be recommending him to everyone we know.
