Plumbing review in

Pipes were vibrating after flushing toilet. Valentin described what the most likely problem was over the phone before coming to my house (I had searched online and found the same explanation). He gave an estimate of what it would cost if that was the problem.
Valentin came and did exactly what he said he was going to do and didn't try to "upsell" the job and make it 2 or 3 times original estimate. The cost was what he told me prior to fixing the toilet.
I am very happy with the service, professionalism and speed of getting the job done.
