Loumerico Bathtub Refinishing

Louis and his wife came today and redid my bathtub. Looks brand new. This is the 3rd time I have had Louis do my tub. The first was in 2011, when we bought the house, it had a blue tub. Then in 2016, I wanted it to have a refresh look so he came.

Today October 8th 2024 I had him redo it again, because the top edges were starting to peel off (mostly my fault from digging out old caulking). Now it looks great again. I certainly recommend him to others.

Very unprofessional. Does not honour his warranty. We contacted him 20 days after he refinished our bathtub because we noticed a corner with two scratches. He immediately accused us of using some aggressive cleaning solutions that caused the scratches. He didnt even bother coming and seeing the scratches. I dont recommend his service as no matter what, he wont honour his warranty.

Sept. 23, 2021 - Excellent job from beginning to end. The work was completed by an experienced European craftsman who obviously took pride in his work. It was a pleasure to have a job completed without any hassle at a reasonable price.

We have a 1920 clawfoot tub that needed refinishing and after calling several companies we decided on Loumerico Refinishing and Coating Inc.

We had 2 openings that needed to be filled from old faucets and several companies were unable to provide this service.
The Loumerico staff were exceptional as the took painstaking efforts to protect the room and provide the necessary protection for the lower tub and faucets.
I would highly recommend them for their fine craftsmanship and service. Absolutely thrilled with my newly painted antique tub!

From the very first moment I called Loumerico and spoke to Louis, and every text message communication following, Louis was friendly and prompt with his responses. His turnaround time for setting up the appointment and completing the work was very fast, and the results fantastic. It’s been a month since the sink has been refinished and it’s still looks fantastic. You have to remember that cast iron sinks can’t take the same ‘beating’ as a stainless steel sink. If you take care of it, clean it well (don’t let staining foods or liquids sit which will stain a white re-glazing) then the results will be great. We opted to use a silicone sink tray at the bottom of the sink to protect it from day to day. Overall, great experience with Louis, would use him again.

Tub refinishing on two tubs required the deglazing after sanding of two separate tubs. Came and went in a morning.

Fast, efficient, professional service. Tub looks brand new. 100% satisfied, would recommend Loumerico in a heartbeat.

Louis and Yolanda were very professional, and left a clean work space. Our very old tub has been transformed. We wish we had known how much stuff had to be cleared out of the bathroom - just a tiny quibble - and we would have been more ready for them.

We would definitely use this company again.

Lou takes the necessary measures to keep the area he is working in safe from dust and debris. His work is careful and focussed. We have used him to reglaze tubs quite a few times and have found him to be very trustworthy in everything he does. We recommend him highly.

Great results and fantastic service. Loumerico was reliable, got the job done in record time with and achieved beautiful results. My bathtub and surround look brand new. He even fixed another bathtub I had cracked for free.
