Great service from quote to installation. We replaced a large 2 story window and a smaller one. Al explained the product and windows thoroughly at the initial visit. The installers had a good sense of humour and were hard workers who stayed all day and caterer into the night to get the job done on a Friday night. They cleaned up the work areas very well at completion. One of my blinds did not fit back in the window after installation but they did warn me this might happen and were quick to send someone back to install on top of the window at my request. Absolutely an excellent experience.
