As pointed out in previous reviews, Monseur is very accommodating when he is selling you the systems. We installed both sprinklers and lighting for our front and back yards. The installation went well and I believe the product is good quality but he is very hard to deal with after the installation is complete.
Most businesses I deal with are willing to make an appointment (date and time) that works for both parties. He works on his terms and his schedule! The spring and fall maintenance has become very challenging to schedule as a result.
He calls and comes by when he wants and leaves a bill. This year we denied him access during the week he wanted to turn on the sprinklers and after that he refused to come back. After calling him several times over a 4 week period and getting repeatedly lectured on how he runs his business with no commitment around scheduling, we called around. There are lots of other companies out that that will do fall & spring maintenance, they will give you a day/time they are coming, charge less & appreciate the business.
I wouldn't recommend this company!

We appreciate your feedback and business. To your response, whenever you had a concern our team came to your house immediately to take a look at your sprinkler system and the lighting that were installed.
We are a company that operates on a seasonal basis, and call each client a week ahead of time to let them know when we will be in a certain area for servicing. We also do our best to comprise a day and time that works for the customer as well because we understand that our clients are busy. During the spring time, we advised you that we would come a week after to open up your system for the summer, however you kept insisting us to come, and open your properties sprinkler immediately.
Secondly, when my staff called to book in a date and time to come and open up the irrigation system for the summer, you were disrespecting them. Furthermore, we charge the amount that we do, so that we can ensure on providing quality products and services.
We still have not received your payment for last year, we sent reminders, because it was past the due date. Regardless, we did not charge you any interest for not paying on time, just reminders for not receiving it. We still have not received last year’s payment. Which is one of the reasons why we stopped servicing your property.
We hope that another company was able to make you happy and that they were able to meet all your needs. All the best.
