Sam The Handyman

Sam Sumaida of Sam The Handyman quoted very competitive prices for restoring a brickwork arch above a second-storey window, for mortaring a large crack in an exterior wall, and for repairing the flat roof on my 130-year-old semi.
I originally contacted Sam to make an appointment to get an estimate on the brick arch. The next day, in a panic, I called back to explain that the bricks had slumped dangerously, and to ask if he could possibly come sooner. He and his crew graciously showed up early the next morning; saw the problem, installed a temporary brace, and gave me a quote for the repair. The quote was very reasonable, and they were ble to return a few days later to perform the work. While up on the ladder, Sam noticed my 'torch down" flat roof had developed numerous, large serious wrinkles in the material, and warned me that it would be prone to leak. We agreed to a price for that repair, and the work was done the following week. Sam and his crew completed both jobs quickly, professionally and did a thorough follow-up. They also went to great lengths to tidy the work site. Sam was great to deal with, and very flexible with his work schedule and payment options. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam The Handyman to friends and family.
