the same day I called for service, repair technician came over
the technician explained the service that was going to be done prior
to the repair
the replacement of the door springs was done in a timely manner
and the work area was left clean as prior to start
I would give them A+ rating, fast, knowledgeable and price reasonable

Excellent service to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The technician was polite, friendly, efficient and on time. The repair was completed less than 5 hours after I contacted them. I would definitely use Markham Garage Doors again, and have no hesitation recommending them to others.

Exceptional service!!! I called to get my garage door repaired (couldn't get it to open) and the technician arrived within the hour. He identified the problem immediately and was able to fix it in less than hour. Very professional, patient and honest. I will definitely be calling again for any future garage door needs.

Garage door opener repair

Excellent service, at a very reasonable price. The technician took the time to explain the available options (repair or replace) and the pros and cons of each. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive option.

He also exceeded expectations by thoroughly lubricating all of the moving parts, and adjusting the torsion springs to make the sure the door was properly balanced.

The door runs smoothly and quietly now, and I will definitely hire Markham Garage Doors to help with any future issues.
