We needed to replace our doors and were thinking about changing up our door openers. Kevin gave us a prompt estimate, offering knowledgable advice regarding color and style of door that would match our home. There was no attempt to oversell us and he even advised us to keep our openers. We had our install by Ryan, A... the work was done efficiently and quickly with careful attention to detail. He was polite, courteous, and professional. I would be happy to recommend this local company to friends and family.

Thank you to Ryan who promptly and efficiently repaired my unhappy garage door opener. He was able to detect the broken part, immediately replace it and avoid a costly whole new unit. The now tuned garage door opener works beautifully. Excellent service.

My garage door opener died and I immediately called Markham Garage Doors. I had used the company previously and was impressed with their service on that occasion. The person I spoke with quoted me a price and assured me they would be there in the afternoon to replace the unit. The installer (Ryan) was on time, pleasant, courteous and professional. He installed the opener in a little over and hour. He even programmed the code into the mirror on my car to save me the trouble. I have already passed the Company name to co worker that had the same pleasant experience. Pricing is fair and the work is professional. Just a great company to deal with!

Brandon came back and was on time. Solid work that exceeded expectations and a price that was very reasonable and blow what I thought I might have to pay. Installed new home opener system , 2 car remotes, an external keypad, internal control, and a little doohickey that lets me know if my door was closed (YAY! - you have no idea how many times I wearily stumbled down the stairs after going to bed to verify I had in fact closed it) - what a Godsend.

They were awesome last time and the second experience was completely consistent with the first. (Read on for the original posting)

My garage door jammed today at the worst possible time. I called Chris at Markham Garage doors (who I found through Homestars) and because of my situation they did their best to get out and help. In less than an hour Brandon showed up and unmangled my wires which had popped off and got wound up. He was fast and informative and I I asked him about replacement openers (both mine died) and I knew the opener was 20 years old so now he'll be back tomorrow to replace the whole unit as well. He gave me a great product suggestion and covered every aspect - easy to make a decision with a knowledgeable, low pressure hands on chap.

Excellent communication, very reasonable prices and exceptional service. Thanks to Homestars these guys were my first call and I had to look no further.

I have nothing but great things to say about Markham Garge Doors. I went their showroom and met them there to get a feel of the products they carry. I liked the Haas Carriage Doors but wanted to see the colours they had. I wanted to deal with someone I could trust and they made me feel very comfortable with their service from the initial meeting....I had one of them come to my house to look at my garage and to give me a price on installation. After getting a good feel of their honesty and their customer service skills I decided to move forward with them. I had met 5 other companies and did not get the same level of service. Not only where they the most competitive when it came to pricing, they threw in upgraded handles for free. I highly recommend this company!!!!

The company came to my house on time according to our appointment and installed 2 garage doors and did a perfect job. The next week, the company came back and installed a front door with two glass panels. The front door matched the 2 garage door and the work was done great. The garage doors and the front door have changed the look of the house dramatically. Everyone comments on how great all three doors look. I would recommend this company to everyone. Also, when I dealt with this company, they were very professional and the price charged was very reasonable.

Recently my son closed our garage door with my trunk still open. I called Markham Garage Doors who installed our new doors about two years ago. It was late on Friday night so they sent someone out on Monday morning. The two gentlemen who came where so polite. They fixed the door and explained everything to me and even helped with another small request. Amazing service!!!

Recently during a cold spell, our garage door spring broke and we could not open the door. Besides the spring, each year since its installation, we have had a problem with this same door when the weather turns cold. That is, the door would only go up part of the way. We had several garage repair services come to fix the later issue but the issue kept repeating each year. Markham Garage Door not only responded very quickly to our request to fix the spring but also resolved our other issue. The later issue was due to improper setting for the door on the original installation. I would absolutely recommend them not only for their excellent repair work but their professional and positive attitude toward customers. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

I hired Markham Garage Doors to replace a very old garage door and install a garage door opener. The process was so effortless and the pricing is very competitive.
