Send an email during the weekend and I got a call Monday morning, booked an appointment for Tuesday 8:30 AM everything was done by 10 o’clock. Very good service was able to replace the broken part for the garage door opener. He cleaned/ tuned up and lube bushings on both doors.

Garage door spring broke. Called Markham Garage Doors. They provided excellent service starting from the initial phone call to the prompt service. Avery came earlier than the appointed time which I appreciated. Replaced the broken spring and provided great advice and answers to my questions. A very good service provider.

Ernie went above and beyond to fix all the issues with my aging garage door, starting with reattaching the opener to the rafters, replacing all the rollers and fixing the light. The door works better now than it has in years. Thanks for a quick, thorough job.

Fantastic Job!! I recently bought 3 doors from Markham Garage Doors and also had them do the capping. I dealt with one of the owners Kevin, and he was excellent. He answered all of my questions and came to see me a few times to make sure I was confident about what I was getting. The service and followup was far superior than the other companies. There was NO pressure at all, which I really appreciated. They didn't try to oversell me and they showed me samples of the doors so I knew what the colour options were. Ryan installed the doors quickly and reconnected the garage door openers I already had and adjusted them to make sure that they closed properly. He did a great job. John then came to do the capping and also did a great job. The prices were comparable and the work quality and service was terrific. Andrea and Kimberly were also very friendly when they arranged the installation dates and payment. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I am pleased with their service from start to finish. I visited their showroom and was immediately greeted by Chris who gave me all the info I needed along with a quote. That same day a rep came to my house to measure. 3 weeks later my door was installed by Ryan who did an excellent job. No complaints and I would definitely use them again.

From start to finish, this company was a pleasure to work with. Email responses from Louis were prompt, quote provided was competitive and communications were clear. Ernie arrived on the day of install and did a fantastic job installing the opener and all its components - explained how everything works and double checked/oiled all the necessary parts. Had cables break on our garage door, and came to Homestars to search for a company to fix it. Got a hold of staff in the morning, and by 3pm, my garage door was fixed. Cables and springs replaced quickly and efficiently. The service technician who came to my house was extremely professional.

The company is really easy to work with. I called before noon and I have my garage door fixed before 5pm. Ryan arrived on time, replaced both of the broken springs in an hour. He took time to align my garage door and make sure it operates smoothly and cleanup before he leave. Will recommend this company to others for sure.

I called just to do a yearly maintenance on the door, garage door opener, etc. Ernie called before he came-a bonus! Fixed a few issues with the door, and found that the battery backup to our garage door opener was dead and probably has been for years ! Fixed it.
