After a thorough search, we settled on having Purple Properties complete our renovation (two small bathrooms, two hallways and a set of stairs). An excellent decision. The owner and project manager, Rowan skilfully led this entire project, bringing his expertise, knowledge and advice at every stage. His astute eye for design/decorating combined with his extensive experience n the field helped us creatively transform our small, tired space into one that is lovely and modern, in line with our vision and all within our
means. Always patient, available, and responsive, Rowans services were unmatched. Based on the other estimates
received, other companies do not provide this type of
personalized care - we dont know what we would have done without it. Rowan and his entire team brought professionalism, respect and integrity to every interaction. The meticulous attention to detail and the high quality of work exemplified their commitment to achieving the
best possible outcome. Each of the staff/contractors
brought their own expertise and worked collaboratively with us, and each other, to ensure the project progressed seamlessly in a reasonable amount of time. Not an easy
feat given the challenges of having both of our bathrooms
under renovation at the same time. We were also especially
grateful to Amadeu who helped oversee some of this work -
the pride he brought to his craft was palpable and his
cheerful disposition made such a difference to us. Our renovations are absolutely beautiful - better than we ever imagined. We highly recommend Purple Properties.
