Thank you to The Reno Coach "Reiner" saved us from making a big mistake in the renovations of our kitchen. Everything went great with our Contractor till the day I came home and he lowered our celling in the kitchen over a foot I could't believe what i was seeing I called him right away and he give me this long story and excuses there was no other way to do the job. After some search on Google i came across the The Reno Coach website set up a meeting with my contractor and Reiner the next day. At the meeting a few options on running the ducts different ways using the spaces between the TJI to drills holes etc where discussed. In the end Reiner called in his Engineer to provide a Report for my Contractor to redo the Ductwork and not have to lower my Celling what a relive for less than a thousand dollars, Thanks a lot Reiner.
