I found Barbeque Pro on Homestars, as well as doing my own research. Original appointment was scheduled for July 2nd (yes, their services are in high demand), which was a long time to wait. I asked for and was put on cancellation list and I got my appointment yesterday (this past Saturday). Our technician was Sasha. He is very knowledgable and ready to help. He answered all my questions and provided an excellent service. Our BBQ was thoroughly cleaned, washed and checked. It looks and works like a new one. Sasha also helped to fix several other issues with the BBQ, such as broken BBQ door (due to the move to a new house), etc. His work was of excellent quality! I would highly recommend his and the Barbeque Pro company services to anyone.
