Well it' that time again and here comes the gas company for its yearly inspection.Well they said that the heat exchanger was cracked and the toxic levels were too high.So now i got no heat because the furnace was RED TAGGED. Dave Came over within an hour of me calling him(8:30pm)and within 5 mins had a few sollutions. After talking with Dave about all the options we decided a new furnace would be the best choice.He answered all of our questions in great detail and helped explain the Gov't grants to us. The unit was installed and the guys were out in no time. The only trace that they were there was the new furnace. And a great price too

Simply said - no bullshit. Dave was upfront about our options. We were given the choice to replace the part at $400 or replace the unit at $3000. He gave us the pros and cons of each, there was no pressure to make either choice. Once we decided to go with replacing the unit, he coordinated to get the home inspection done for us and picked up the replaced unit as promised. Everything was done within the timeframe which Dave promised. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Dave patiently explained everything about rebates and furnace choices, and gave us a very good price on a Goodman furnace. And he always answered his phone! Amazing in this day and age.

Dave and Liviu installed a new Furnace and AC. They were both courteous and professional. Dave quoted the same day I called him, and did not try to upsell more expensive units or add-ons. They took the time to explain the new systems work and the various rebates that are availible now.

Dave installed an AC in my house. It was a really good price. I got quotes from a few differen't companies and Daves was the most reasonable. They came and did a great job and they were clean and efficient. i would definatley recomend dave and his team and i will be using them for further work.

Dave was competing for this job against another vendor. Dave showed up on time despite cold snap and lots of fix jobs. Dave spent about an hour with me reviewing home needs, looking at the existing furnace, and walking through the "sales-pitch". He was very up-front about that part. I had felt buying a furnace was worse than a car up until this point.

Dave and his helper showed up on time, took out the old furnace, and had the new one up and running in no time. It has to be one of the neatest jobs I have seen in a outsourced home repair! too pretty to be a furnace job!

I had the humidistat set too low and Dave was patient and walked me through correcting the issue (dial in wrong spot). If the service continues as it has pre & post sale I will have no issues recommending Dave and Reliable Home Comfort.

Called late and actualy got a person! The Tech was at my home in less than an hour and fix the problem. He explained what was wrong and why. Did a nice clean job for a fair price. I would recommend this company to all. I was complety satisfied.
