Reliable Home Comfort

Our furnace stopped working and started making a loud banging sound during a cold weekend in late January. I called Dave on Sunday morning and he came over the same day and determined that we needed a new furnace motor. He got us a new motor and installed it for us on Monday morning. Thanks Dave!

Rob was fantastic - he fixed the old a/c unit that was installed in 1997. I thought we were going to have to replace the unit and was actually looking forward to a nice new shiny a/c but Rob said he was going to make our day - the a/c only needed a new part. Reliable replaced our ac and furnace. Rob was honest, easy to contact and provided the most competitive of the companies that quoted. The crew that installed was quick and cleaned the work space immaculately. We are very satisfied with the job and the new furnace and ac. Would 100% recommend.

If you look back far enough, I was the first person to review Reliable 8 years ago when I replaced my AC, and I said then that when it came time to replace my furnace I would give them a call.
Well, when my old furnace was red tagged on its annual cleaning last year, I did exactly that.
I also called the "big guys" to compare prices, but Darryl was still a better price and I knew the service was going to be great, so it was an easy decision.
On the day the guys came, they got the old one out and the new one in super quick, piping was all run flush to the wall to not only look great but be out of the way as much as possible, and set me up with a new filter to boot.
After the free cleaning I was promised is over I certainly plan to get Reliable to keep maintaining my unit - why pay those other guys when I know the service I will get will be top notch!?!
On that note, they just serviced the above mentioned AC, and the technician tweaked the furnace blower pressure to get a bit more cold air up to the top level, plus gave me a tip on maximizing comfort (run the fan hourly - the furnace costs so little now) - love it!

I had Reliable home comfort install my AC and gas line 4 years ago. I chose them based on the reviews. Unfortunately I had an issue with the breaker a few days ago. Rob came right away and determined it was a faulty breaker. The breaker was changed without a hassel. I would highly recommend the company. Honest, reliable, good communication and loyal to their guarantee policy.

I recently had to have my AC unit moved in my backyard to build a new fence and deck. Rob and Jamie came out to disconnect and then once I was finished with my work (a month later) promptly came back and did the work necessary to relocate it to the new spot. They didn't ask for anything upfront which was really nice and just charged me after they completed the job. Very reasonable and friendly. I would totally recommend Reliable Home Comfort. They live up to their name!

Contacted Darryl who had his service technician, Dave, contact me the same evening. Dave arranged a meeting with me for 2 days later.
Dave was very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with the Capacitor almost immediately, and replaced it with a new one. The A/C is now functioning perfectly. I was pleased that Dave did not propose a new unit at this time, and was able to make the repair. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Rob intalled a new furnace, furnace pump and humidifier in December 2012. After over 4 years of trouble-free operation, I noticed some water pooling at the bottom of the furnace. I called Rob as I suspected the furnace pump was no longer working, and he quickly advised me what to do and told me not to worry. This was around 7 p.m on Wednesday night. Rob scheduled me in for 10:00 a.m the next morning!

Rob showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with certainty and replaced the furnace pump. Our furnace is now in full operation with no more water leaks. Talk about quick turnaround!

Rob is the real deal, something you don't find too often these days. I would absolutely recommend his services to others in the future.
