New AC and Furnace

Decided to update our furnace and AC in May of this year.
Guys arrived promptly at 8am and worked through until the job was completed.
Nice quiet furnace and powerful AC. Thanks

Quick to take your money but not so quick to attend to repairs.

We originally intended to update our AC unit in our house but after speaking to 'Dave' from Reliable Home Comfort he informed us that we'd receive energy efficiency rebates so if we coupled the AC in with a new furnace it was a better deal.
Our furnace was old so decided to go ahead after reading reviews on Homestars.
Furnace & AC installed OK and the company submitted the rebate paperwork for part of the energy rebate. We were advised that we'd need an energy auditor-Andre to complete the audit but wasn't informed that it'd cost quite so much....$500.
Told we'd receive the rebate in 3-4mths. 5mths later nothing. (I realize this is a government issue but best to give people all the correct information) Not discovered one if the rebates we were informed we'd receive by 'Dave' doesn't even apply to us.
I noticed that our AC was balanced on two metal arms that had 1: been badly finished and had sharp pointed edges 2: it wasn't attached to the arm supports so very unsecured. I contacted Reliable HC to request it be secured further as it was a hazard to passes by and mainly because it was in danger of falling off.
Reliable Home Comfort are happy enough to cost jobs and take your money but offer little customer service. I rang Dave several times and was given the runaround on various occasions-chasing people that never showed up then they finally sent round someone to check on it who did nothing to secure the AC unit any more securely.
After the recent backlash of the Ophelia Storm our AC was blown completely off of the supports-words "I told you so come to mind". I was obviously less than impressed. So again I had to chase Dave (as only contact number given) and told a colleague would attend to it-took an entire week before they showed up after daily phone calls to badger them into attending to the AC installation repair.
In the meantime leaving my AC unit on unlevel ground, unusable and in danger of being flooded by the swell it was sat in between our house and our neighbours.
Finally on Friday the AC was reinstalled onto more secure brackets and then I discover that when they reattached the AC unit the soldering is substandard and they'd burnt the side of of AC unit in the process.
What does it take for Reliable Home Comfort to follow up and make sure they're customers are completely satisfied with their installs? Employ more staff if your that swamped and can't operate properly.
Might consider changing the name of the company too??
