I was away on business during one of the only cold spells in 2016 when my partner discovered no heat one evening. I first blamed her for the lack of heat thinking she touched our extremely old and challenging programmable thermostat (I'm still hearing about this today) but after two days I realized there might be a problem that couldn't wait for me to return to look at. I knew our system was pretty old as it was noted on our home inspection but we hoped we'd get a year or two out of it before having to replace.
The Reliable team comes highly recommended by our real estate agent (who lives down the street) so I called I happened to speak to Daryl. Despite an extremely busy schedule Daryl was able to make it by to inspect within 24 hours. He confirmed our old system was on its final legs and attempted a quick fix to help get us through the cold stretch. The fix worked for a day but ultimately our old system bit the dust. We gave the go ahead and the install team was on site the following day.
Although I did not shop around as we were in need immediately I has since found that the price we paid was a very solid deal. I appreciate a company that does not try to take advantage of someone. Our furnace works great now and although I haven't had an opportunity to run our new AC unit I have no issue recommending these guys.
