reviews are always helpful.. to homeowners like me, they are the windows to every contractors' job whether done right or not. am thankful for this site so as most people have done, I too am putting in my share of experience.. so here goes..
Called the company hotline on Monday.. a guy named Daryll gave me an e-mail address for me to send my info..he called back the next day and scheduled to look at my furnace on Wednesday.. Leroy- the repair guy came around 7pm and checked the old furnace, he consulted with Rob-the owner and gave me a reasonable estimate on how much it would cost me to replace the unit..I called in Friday to tell Rob I wanted to include and upgrade the A/C as well so we agreed on another estimate.
I had a scheduled appointment to have it replaced on the weekend which was a plus for me since no one is at home during the day on weekdays. The installers, Jamie and Peter came in before lunch time-saturday, explained what they had to do.. laid down some covering on the floor, and went right down to start the work. Removing the old furnace, putting in the new one, installing the piping and a/c unit were all done before 9pm. Jamie-a very nice guy was quick to answer all my questions and concern.. They cleaned up after the work and left the area as it was before.
I can definitely say that this company meets my expectation.. they were recommended by a friend, and I would recommend them as well without doubt.
