August 22nd 2017 owner came out, took measurements and we paid a substantial deposit. We were told the custom door would not only be made but also installed within 3-4 weeks. It is now more than 4 months and we are still waiting. Husband has called a couple of times only to be told they are short on installers. Christmas travel plans cancelled due to door not installed & no date in sight. Service doesn't get much worse than this - ridiculous.

Revising this review because our security door has now been delivered and installed and we have now paid in full. Sadly it took posting a brutally honest review to get things moving. Day after posting this review my husband called them again (turns out he had called at least 4-5 times during the 4+ months), and much to our surprise his phone calls were finally returned by the office and the owner. Installation was scheduled for the following day (Tuesday, January 9th).

10/10 product and installation: there was never any doubt that the custom made security doors are the best and top of the line. Very well built, choice of colours, and decorative accents make for a beautiful door that is a true work of craftsmanship. The installers arrived on time and worked meticulously (outside in the cold) to install the door. They were here 2 ½ - 3 hours and left a clean and damage free work area.

0/10 customer service: we stand by our previous post, it was 20 weeks from purchase to delivery and installation – we were told 3 to 4 weeks for fabrication, delivery and installation. We had planned on purchasing several window grates, retractable gate, and another security door; unfortunately after this experience we won’t purchase from this company again despite the superiority of their product.
