We have taken customer satisfaction very seriously for our 30 plus years in business and we would like to remedy this situation. We have contacted all of our local Calgary representatives and none of them are aware of a deck job that was problematic. We unfortunately have no means of identifying you or the problem that occurred. If you can please provide us with further information we will make every effort to address and resolve the issue.
