We were nervous about the process, and new colour, as our home is older and we werent sure what they would find when the old system was removed or how it would look. The staff at Tip Top put our mind at ease with a quick quote, samples, suggestions and reassurance. The highly skilled crew arrived on time, were extremely friendly and accommodating. This was the second time we used Tip Top Trough. The first was in 2017 to install new eavestroughs. This time around, we wanted to install leaf guards on top. Pricing was fair, scheduling was easy and within about a week, they were on site. It was the two installers that made me want to write this review. They were just kind, professional individuals who genuinely seemed to care. They were polite and took their time to chat about the installation project. They even went out of their way to identify and spray a bees nest behind some roof shingles. Something they most definitely did not need to do. Little things like this make a huge difference. I am very happy with result! I would highly recommend Tip Top Trough to anyone!

Great service on all level. The office staff who answered all questions, the owner who visited our house and consulted on price and provided samples of great quality on new eaves and troughs, flexible installation time, the installers who were polite and tidy and follow up on the completed job . Winter ice caused damage to my eaves and soffit. Tip Top Trough responded quickly to my questions, and were willing to help however they could. I would recommend them, and would use them again.

Tip Top Trough replaced all of the eavestroughs on our house and upgraded the downpipes to 3x4. Shantal was quick to respond to our emails and the quote was very competitive. The crew arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. They explained their plan for the install and checked with us first before they made any necessary changes. From the very beginning of our contact with Tip Top Trough , the office staff in the office was very helpful, they explained how the cleaning was going to be performed. They were very patient in answering all of my fathers questions. TTT scheduled the work in a very efficient and timely manner. The TTT team came out as scheduled. They did an incredibly thorough Eavestrough cleaning service. The team answered all of our questions and concerns, and even paid particular attention to the areas that were in need of extra love. Fabulous work! Repair staff came and fixed extensive eavestrough and soffit damage caused by raccoons. Checked other areas. Cleaned and took damaged material away. No mess. Very pleased with the service and attention. Have highly recommended them to friends and neighbours. Cant go wrong.
