Tip Top Trough

I "found" Tip Top Trough a few years ago, after bad experiences with other eavestrough companies, and have used them ever since. The work--cleaning or repair or new troughs--is always done thoroughly, and if there is any problem they come back and put it right. I have just had my eavestroughs cleaned out again, and the work was excellent.

I have been using Tip Top Trough now for over over 5 years. Pierce and his team are true professionals, as I have experienced from my communication with the office for estimates and invoices, to the staff who complete the on-site work, including eavestrough cleaning service. Most recently I had the eavestrough cleaned again, and as usual the team shows up as expected (office will advise when the team will stop by) and completed the cleaning very efficiently and will also advise you if there is any damage or anything you should attend to. They also ensure to leave the place very tidy, putting any debris from the cleaning in a yard waste bag and leaving at the curb for you. The only thing you will have to do is ensure that your outside water is turned on.

This is the only company I have used for eavestrough cleaning services and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The work these people did for me by fixing problems with the soffits on my house made me very happy. Communications with them in a phase when negotiating price was very professional. Price was very reasonable and team they sent was acting professionally, by showing up right on scheduled time and starting working immediately. Work was done very fast. Overall mark, above excellent. I would recommend this contractor.

We were very satisfied with the service. Patrick and his crew were professional, thorough and attentive. We have a tall, fairly large and multilevel roof, and they took the time to clean the debris and then flush with water. Job well done, and worth the cost.

We have used Tip Top Trough to clean our eavestroughs for the past 3 years. They are reliable and thorough, fixing parts of our eavestroughs when necessary. The wait time can be a bit long during peak times but they have always given us an accurate estimate of our wait time. And they have always shown up when they say this will. Definitely recommend!

Ten days ago during a recent heavy storm ,a section from my Eaves Trough just on top of my main entrance was overflowing .When I contacted Tip Top Through even though they were so busy Myriam could accommodate me and I couldn't be more impressed with their friendly and attentive service from everyone on their team. The crew came on time and did a wonderful job.I highly recommend them and actually I am using them again this week to repair one of my downpipe.

I found Tip Top Trough through Home Stars and they were fabulous!!! I had a crew of three that cleaned some very full eavestroughs and downspouts and then power washed to ensure all debris was gone.

My eavestroughs needed cleaning; I had noticed that a section was overflowing during a recent heavy rainstorm. Ally was very professional and sent a detailed cost estimate. The work was scheduled, the crew arrived on time, did a thorough job, and left the property in a clean and tidy condition. I would highly recommend them for eavestrough/roof gutter cleaning.
