Taylor came to my house today steamed and cleaned and sanitized my carpets and
my sofa. Even though he said he was short a man the job was completed in two hours.

Ty was able to clean my very dirty carpet in about an hour. Overall satisfied with the job he did. The carpet was white berber, which is about the hardest carpet there is to clean, but he got the job done.

Work was done about 2 months ago. He was pleasant, quick and best of all was able to accommodate my last minute timeline. Carpets look great, and I am very satisfied with the work.

I hired Ty to do a carpet cleaning of a new house I was moving into. What a job! The previous tenants had had many pets over the years and the carpets had never been cleaned. They were filthy! Ty came over, investigated everything, and told me honestly which carpets were clean and which needed the most work. He did an incredible job getting out the hair, dirt and stains that had been left behind. The carpets look fabulous now! Ty was professional and great to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I will certainly be working with him again in the future!

Parma Cleaning first came to clean our precious couch and living room furniture. Ty removed stains that other couldn't and had both pieces looking brand new. He took the time to explain what he was doing and is priced very reasonably.

I was so impressed by his service, we had him return the next day to clean our carpets. He showed the same enthusisam and attention to detail.

We just had an amazing experience with Parma. With no notice they made room in their schedule for us. We are selling our house and needed a serious carpet cleaning. Our carpets were so dirty, there were even some patches of adhesive as well as various stains on it. It now looks like we got NEW carpets installed. An area rug, too. They are amazing! Polite, clean, friendly, professional and very effective. THESE GUYS WILL EVEN COME ON A SUNDAY!!!!! Fully recommended.

I had a condo that had never had the carpet cleaned, so when we moved in we got Parma to come a clean the unit. The carpet was extra dirty and stained, so it needed two machines, but they were on time and got the carpet to look like new. Very happy with the job.
