I was moving into a new condo where only one room had carpet. I asked Taylor to come in to steam clean the carpet since I have a cat. The carpet in the room was pink and because there was only a small window, I thought it was quite clean. Taylor came to inspect the carpet and thoroughly explained everything in detail and answered any questions before he started to work. Turns out the carpet was more soiled than expected. He made sure that I knew the condition of the carpet, taught me how to look at the dirty spots and how he was going to clean the carpet. After Taylor cleaned the carpet, it turned out to be a beige color! Even though I underestimated the work required for this carpet cleaning job, Taylor was very pleasant about it. He was friendly and cheerful throughout and I felt very comfortable with his professional service and that his cleaning supplies would be safe for my cat.
