I am a real estate agent and I see a lot of renovated homes some good and some bad. When it was time to finish my basement I wanted to ensure that the renovation was done right which meant I made and effort to hire only the best. I hired Rob to do the insulation and drywall work and I am very pleased with the results. Rob’s prices were competitive and he was very knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. He was available to answer any questions that I had and completed the job within the timelines that he committed to. I would gladly recommend Rob.

Despite a very packed job schedule for his team, Rob was very organized and able to meet our demanding timeline for job completion. The team was punctual during each visit and left the site cleaner then they found it. We were very happy with the results, especially considering that half of the room was newly framed and the other half was original.

As we only gutted the master of our 100+ year old lath and plaster home, we will be using Rosati Drywall many more times.

Rob finished off our basement landing, washroom and laundry room. He was always punctual, polite and very professional. My wife and I were so impressed with his work and plan to ask him to return to complete the rest of our basement when we're ready. We would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.

Rob and has team did a great job finishing off the large rec room in our basement. They communicated well, met timelines and left things clean and neat. Overall quality was outstanding - happy to recommend and would use again.

We found Rob on HomeStars. He came to my house the same day I called him to measure up our basement and sent me the quote the very next day. Had a few other companies quote on it, but they weren't accommodating at all. Within a couple weeks Rob started the work, partly because I had to finish up some framing and partly because he had a few other jobs on the go. When you're good, you're busy and I fully understood that. Rob boarded our basement in one day, then came back over the next several days to tape and mud. I'm a super picky person, that's why I usually do most renovations myself, but I'll be the first to admit I'm not a good taper so that's why I hired a professional and Rob exceeded my expectations. His taping, mudding and sanding were outstanding. I ran my hand down every wall and there were no bumps or ridges. Each wall was perfectly smooth. We are very, very happy with his work. Plus Rob is an all around nice guy, interacting with my two year old son who wanted to be in on the action. Rob, thank you again for an amazing job. I tore down an old bathroom and 2 closets to build a shower room and half bath. My home is over 50 years old and has thick plaster walls so matching it with even the thickest drywall is a challenge. Add to that the varying thickness of the old stuff and you can see what a difficult job it seemed to be to make it all smooth and straight when joining old an new. But Rob did a great job and was reliable. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

While rebuilding our home in Leslieville I tried to find a drywall finisher that would give us an estimate or ballpark figure for our 2 storey house. After contacting several, Rob was the only one that would look at our architectural drawings and give us an idea what it would cost. His estimate was very reasonable and helpful. We gave him a call as soon as we had hung the drywall and he came by right away to take a look at our place and give us a concrete price. It was a great price and he was able to start right away. He finished when he said he would and was at our job site every necessary day until it was done (1 week for the main and second floor!). He comes with one helper and they work hard and very tidily. The place looked great when he was finished. Also, he had helpful hints as to how to improve things where possible to make the whole process smoother. I highly recommend, actually I have recommended him and will continue to to anyone needing a great drywaller!

Rob is a professional. While anyone can put up drywall, taping is an art and Rob is a master at that. He is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Excellent workmanship. Would recommend highly.

I am a general contractor and I had a job that I paid another sub-contractor to do that was completely botched. We removed an 8 foot by 3 foot long bulkhead from the client's ceiling and patched up the resulting hole with new drywall. The replaced drywall was not level with the existing ceiling and the patchwork that was done left a giant, very obvious wave in the ceiling around all edges of the repaired area that was especially pronounced where the wall and ceiling met. My client was furious with the quality of work that was done as it was amateur at best, but most importantly he needed his house ready to list ASAP and was now going to be out of his kitchen for a longer period than originally promised. This is the ultimate nightmare for a general contractor! I contacted 6 companies from Homestars to see who could help me out on short notice. While they were all professional for the most part, Rob was the only one who got back to me immediately, and after I explained the jam I was in did everything he could to help me out. He came out the same evening after working the whole day to quote the work, and began work the next day, again squeezing me in in the evening when his other job for the day was completed. He made four trips out to my client's home in total, working around the other jobs he was doing and most importantly was extremely professional in his conduct. He is someone I trusted to deal directly with my clients in a professional manor putting both them and myself at ease in regards to the quality and efficiency of the work being done.

I have been taping drywall since I was 18 years old, and I know quality work when I see it. His seems were perfect and the amount of patching he did in such a short time was impressive.

In short, Rob did everything right. Responded right away, quoted a very reasonable price, began work immediately, worked with my timeline, finished exactly when he promised, and did high quality work. I wish more contractors were like Rob.

I am a contractor that does many projects and I need to have the right team in order to make things go smooth as well as having a professional finish. I have been using Rob for over a year and will continue to use his services because of the quality of his work is proffesional.
