We needed to get a home inspection done for an offer we put on a home and Vahn got to the house a few mins earlier than scheduled. By the time we got there he already had the ladder set up and was inspecting the roof and exteriors of the building. Vahn was very knowledgeable and gave us explanations and recommendations as we walked through the house with him. I really liked his pdf report at the end of the day detailing the home inspection with photos and diagrams which helped us remember and understand what needs to be taken care of.
