I feel mixed about this company - the movers were nice guys and fairly efficient. However, in the end I was disappointed in the head office. I had corresponded in advance with the company regarding my piano, which is very large. My worries about it were alleviated by the fact that they asked for photos and measurements before making any kind of agreement. The photos included the piano itself plus the entrances at both houses.
Unfortunately, the shape of the staircase up to my new house made it impossible to get the piano in, and we had to cut one railing off. I asked for compensation, as I'll have to pay a metal worker to fix it. Their response was threefold: 1) the piano could have been moved in despite the railing, but there would have been "severe exterior damage 2) they couldn't have assessed this from the picture and 3) it was my idea to cut the railing so it's not their problem. (They also, by the way, told me that they knew it was going to be difficult - this was not shared with me in advance.)
I believe they're probably a decent company for uncomplicated moves, but I wish they were more forthcoming about the difficulties they had anticipated. I would strongly recommend finding someone else if you have a piano. They should not advertise themselves as piano movers without having more expertise.

Thank you for your review, Fiona. Please, understand that regardless of how many warnings and advices we would have given in advance, your piano would not have fit without cutting the rail. That was the only solution which you came up with. You admitted yourself that the movers were nice and efficient. Were you disappointed with not knowing in advance that you had to cut off one railing?
Moreover, we have handled a lot more complicated moves, including, but not limited to, commercial fridges (800 lbs), fireproof safes (600 lbs), gym size exercise equipment, large metal file cabinets, etc. All of them were completed successfully. You were right in implying that with every move, we learn a lesson.
All in all, we do thank you for being our customer and for opportunity to move you.
