Java Electric Ltd.

I was super impressed by the service, the honesty and the personality of Arnoldo, the electrician from Java. It was a small job to fix the wiring for a bathroom fan that had been installed by the really bad home reno guy who had previously owned my home. Arnoldo assessed the problem, told me the costs and said there would be no charge for the visit if I didn't want to proceed. He cleaned up the messy wiring in under an hour and just charged the basic rate of $180. Then after paying him and chatting a bit about his home country, Cuba, I mentioned that the light on my stove-top microwave unit had stopped working. He then spent another twenty minutes fiddling with it before concluding that it must be some sort of shorting problem inside the unit. I offered to pay him for this extra bit of trouble shooting but he refused.
Overall I got extremely high quality of service for a very small job. The only small issue I have with the company is that it took them two days to respond to the voice mail I left to inquire about service.
