I hired V+F to do a complete renovation of my backyard. This involved laying 800 sq feet of interlock walkways and patio, putting in a garden wall, and regrading and sodding the entire yard.

I have to say that it was a pleasure to work with Frank and Vince, who are both very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. Throughout the entire project communication with these guys was excellent and they are extremely polite. Even after-hours Frank responded to texts within minutes. Every request was met with a “No problem”, or “Sure we can do that”. They are very focused on making their customers happy.

During the two weeks they at my house, they cleaned up the site and washed the driveway everyday. It showed that they cared about my home and neighbours.

The pricing was reasonable and certainly competitive with other quotes that I received. The work was very well done. These guys know how to do patios and interlock!!!!. I would certainly recommend them for any landscaping in the future. In fact, I have already sent them over to my Mother’s to quote on some work. I think that says something!!!

Vince and Frank are the ultimate professionals. Reasonable prices and incredible service. Creative in their approach, they played a key role in putting the finishing touches on our large renovation project. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our request. The team worked hard and ensured everything was perfect. We contracted Frank to add interlocking, landscaping and change our existing asphalt driveway. Frank was really thorough from the beginning. He was very courteous and is always updating us.

VF landscaping stuck with our budget and even installed steps with no charge. No surprises with this Company. Vince and Frank's workers were also courteous and friendly.

Work: We contracted Vince & Frank for was to completely gut and replace our old patio area (lots of concrete to dig up!), plus expand the space by about 2ft out and add a weeping tile & drainage pipe out into the yard to allow any water accumulation flow away from the house. Also replacing a small fence between the patio and driveway (not shown in picture below).

Review: With Vince and Frank, you get real hands-on time with the experts as they do the quotes and are also there doing the work. The work crew was friendly, punctual and hard-working. I also really appreciated that almost daily they checked in with me to ask questions, just to ensure all the details were right. They were also willing/open to adjusting plans as we went along when we realized it would be better to approach things differently (which sometimes you don't realize until you see things in progress). They also helped me to understand where I could try and save some $, versus where it was worth the extra time/cost to do something more (e.g., upgrade to using Armour stone for the boarder really improved the final look). Overall really friendly guys, good quality work and good prices compared with the other quotes we got. And of course the real "proof" is the final product - which we love!!!

We would like to recommend V & F landscaping for their professional and hard working team. Vinnie & Frank had their work cut out in levelling my garden that looked like a swimming pool with all the rain. The new grass is wonderful and a big thank you for this transformation.

Frank and Vince were professional and accurate from day one. They stuck to the budget and time line rain or shine. During the project they were clean and professional, without any surprises.
