Dave was always very quick to get back to us and accommodate our urgent schedule, patiently explained the problems and the remedies in easy to understand language, guaranteed his work, charged less than we anticipated, and he always went above and beyond what was required including returning to diagnose a separate and unrelated problem at no charge and offering to explain the repairs to prospective buyers. Could not have been happier.

We called Dave to have a number of cracks repaired in our foundation. I was able to get a hold of him on the phone on my first try, and he was able to discuss pricing accurately on the phone for my case and get an appointment scheduled for just a couple days later which was great. The crew arrived on time and I had no issues with how the work went. The work was warrantied in writing as well. We heard about Dave from word of mouth, and would easily recommend his company to others.

My unfinished basement had a small crack in the cement wall which caused water to come into the home during a heavy rain fall. I obtained 3 estimates from local companies. Dave Marcotte was by far the best person I spoke with. He is very knowledgeable and he clearly had experience dealing with this kind of issue. Dave was great to communicate with (both by email and by telephone) and he personally came to my home to take a look at the issue. He assured me that this problem could be taken care of and offered a warranty which was transferable if I sold my home. Dave explained the process as to how his company would do the repair and he was happy to answer any questions I had. After going through several quotes we went ahead with Dave's outfit. He is professional, knowledgeable and honest. Dave was available throughout the project and discussed options with us. Did not have to deal with "exploratory" clauses most other foundation companies seem to include so they can increase costs on you any time there is a delay. His crew are great and reflect the owner's values. We will be using his services in the near future for other projects. Dave and his crew performed a full foundation repair and waterproofing as well as cutting in new openings for a walk out basement and a new window on our 1950's bungalow in the fall of 2014.

Dave's crew were able to start a few days early. They worked quickly and efficiently. The entire crew was upbeat, thoughtful and professional. Our kids would want to race home every day to see the guys and see what progress had been made. As with any job this size the amount of dirt to move and mess was quite large. Every day the crew tidied up and made the job site safe for our small children.

Dave always made himself available to answer any questions that we had. His wealth of experience and background in construction helped move the job along quickly and made coordinating with the other trades seamless.

Dave completed the work in a timely fashion and on budget. I would not hesitate to have Dave and his crew back in the future!

As a brand new homeowner, finding a contractor like Dave is a huge bonus! There is a reason why his company has consistently good reviews! We needed to get a basement foundation crack injected and Dave was professional, full of valuable information and actually came to do the job the same day I contacted him. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone neding foundation repairs.

After 28 years, the corners of my garage foundation walls had developed large cracks and the garage floor had badly deteriorated. I chose to use this company because of the excellent work that they had done in repairing the foundation drainage system around my son's home.

Dave and his crew came in, excavated the corners and repaired the cracks, removed the old garage floor, and poured a new floor after installing foamboard insulation and wire mesh. During the course of that work some additional issues were discovered with the footings and supports for the second floor above the garage. These issues were dealt with in the same thorough and professional manner as the corners and floor. The driveway is interlock pavers so much of the work had to be done "the old fashion" way, by hand, with wheelbarrows and strong backs. The crew was meticulous keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe throughout the project while minimizing the disruption to our household. Dave was excellent in keeping us up-to-date on the project progress.

In summary, I can't say enough postive about this company -- You won't go wrong with them.

We hired Dave and his team to lower the basement in our older home to make it a more usable space. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. They handled a few hiccups along the way like removing the chimney and replacing the main beam in the basement with a high level of professionalism and skill. Dave is one of the very few contractors I would consider hiring again in the future!

We asked Dave to make several repairs to our foundation. Some were to prevent further water penetration in our basement and we also needed a repair to prevent a possible structural failure of the garage wall into the basement.

Dave took the time to explain the available repair options, answered all of my many questions, and provided a detailed quote for the work. The repairs were well done and under budget. He and his team were polite, courteous, and true professionals in all aspects of their work.
