Dave Marcotte was by far the best person I spoke with. He is very knowledgeable and he clearly had experience dealing with this kind of issue. Dave was great to communicate with (both by email and by telephone) and he personally came to my home to take a look at the issue. He assured me that this problem could be taken care of and offered a warranty which was transferable if I sold my home. Dave explained the process as to how his company would do the repair and he was happy to answer any questions I had.
