We contacted Dave in the Spring of 2014 to give us an estimate on repairing the foundation of our garage. We agreed on the scope of work and the price. It was our preference that the work be started in early October.
In the first week of October, Dave & his crew showed up as promised. The sizeable project was carried out exactly as discussed months earlier and completed on schedule. Various supporting subcontractors Dave contacted showed up promptly - usually the same day and on occasion within minutes. Everyone involved performed their role in a very competent manner and the result was always top quality. Dave and his crew were both highly professional and very personable.
We have been involved in a fair number of repair and renovation projects with a fair number of contractors over the years and it is without reservation that we can say this has been our best experience - ever.
