Handy Nancy No Longer In Business

they normaly rate me a 9.5, rarely a 10

Nancy is Good!!!!

We had a lot of odds and ends to do around the house and virtually no time to do it. Nancy saved us. She was on time, a pleasure to have around and demonstrated to us in a very short time that she was able to handle anything we could throw at her.

I will absolutely be using her again.

We were in a real time crunch. Nancy stepped in and did a great job leaving the house clean, arriving on time, supporting us through the process by telling us not to worry and by sticking to her estimate. I not only would but am using Nancy AGAIN for a much larger project in the fall!

The project involved drywall; plumbing and a host of smaller jobs all combined. I have used the handyman and several other companies and she was by far the best!!

I hit my wall in June while moving my couch. Nancy fixed the hole in the wall perfectly. Since she was punctual and proved a high-quality service, in August when I had a leakage in my toilet, I called her in again. Again a superb job done by Nancy! She even showed me how to replace my car battery. I definitely recommend her to everyone in need of help!

When we wanted to re-tile our entrance hallway - we had several quotes. Nancy was by far the most reasonable and did an outstanding job. Her work is of excellent quality and when she said she would be there to work - she was. This was a difficult project as the new tiles had to match tiles laid about 5 years ago in the kitchen. Differing floor levels also had to be matched. If you look at the floor now you would not think that this was 2 separate jobs done 5 years apart.

Extremely satisfied and am planning on hiring Nancy for other DIY projects that I do not have the time to do

My husband and I decided to raise a doorway in our living room. We had no idea how much work was involved and had naively started the reno one week before hosting a large party at our house. Nancy came to the rescue, beautifully finishing the job on time. Nancy has also rescued us from leaking pipes, done incredible woodwork to prepare our baby's room and installed numerous electrical outlets and lights - more neatly than any other contractor I have met. Best of all, Nancy is extremely honest and will explain what she is doing, why she is doing it that way, and how to save money along the way.

I had a dark, dingy, moldy, tiny basement bathroom that was so gross it was unusable. I had no idea what to do with it. After being unimpressed by a few contractors who came to look at it and quoted really high costs just to re-tile, a friend recommended HandyNancy to me. I was a little nervous when Nancy came out and recommended that we brick up the only window in the bathroom since there was water coming in when it rained and the snow melted--after all, the room was already dark. But Nancy had this great vision of insetting huge "windows" of blue glass tile on two walls, and the price was unbeatable, so I went with it ... thank God I did!!! I have never been so happy to be inside a bathroom as I am to be in the bathroom Nancy built for me. It is clean, crisp, bright, and it feels spacious even though the room is still the same size. The exhaust fan that Nancy installed keeps everything dry, and the dual-flush toilet makes me feel environmentally conscious, and the whirlpool tub makes me feel luxuriously spoiled. I couldn't be happier with the work.
