Foundation Waterproofing, demolition and masonry work
Robert Kiss owner of Rikx Construction Limited did a very bad foundation waterproofing job. He will promise everything but will do the opposite. He will distroy everything around your house with his excavator. His workers will try to convince you that that's fine and this is how it's supposed to be and after damage they will say this is how it was.
Be careful and do not sign the contract without detailing the materials and labour and have a breakdown of costs by task.
In case you break the contract Robert will threaten you and will put a lien towards your property and he will try to get the maximum amount of money he can, even for the work not being yet done.
We broke the contract before more damage could be done to the house and we'll need to go through court to settle this dispute.
All his waterproofing work needs to be re-done.
