Valentyn came over and fixed the shower handle and the valve inside of the shower kit & O-Ring. He was able to install and ensure that the shower was functioning within a couple of hours. He came back the next day to fix the direction of the handle, all is good now.
I would recommend him to everyone, he definitely saved the day.
