I woke up one morning with sloshy floors and discovered there was leak coming from the shower. I called DrainCom and easily booked an appointment for the same day. Yuriy came over and took a look at the situation. He explained what the problem was and provided a detailed estimate for the repairs. After I approved the repairs, he left to go get the required parts and came back to fix the problem. He was very friendly and professional. He even recommended a restoration company to help with the water damage. Thanks Yuriy!
