Drain Services review in Toronto

Had sewage backing up in my basement foor drain and had called DrainCom to have a look. After a couple of false starts with some equipment issues, Vlad came in and fixed the problem. I want to thank him for his hard work especially since it was a Sunday. He did an excellent job and was able to recommend a little preventive maintenance. I want to thank them for their excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend their services.

Have heard back from drain com and so far am happy with their response. They have offered to come back and re-inspect the pipes and find the clog. Will see how things go and will update accordingly.

First I had Valentyn come in to do a camera inspection of my drain to find the clog but his equipment didn't work so I put off the work over the Easter weekend. On Monday Toni came in to do the inspection and looked in one clean out and found a few tree roots. Said that was my problem even though it was clear all the way to the city drain. Asked him about looking in the other clean outs but he insisted that was the problem. Still have sewage backing up in my basement because he never found the clog. Paid him $200 for nothing. Gave me an estimate for $2200 to repair the pipe that isn't actually causing the problem right now. Suspect this is just a way to get more money when they don't really fix the problem. Wil try to do the work myself. Waste of time and money.
