We were seeing water stains on our main floor ceiling, underneath our upstairs shower.
We called DrainCom and they Borys came to come out the next day. He came out as scheduled and was both friendly and professional. He punched through the drywall behind the shower tap and immediately found the leak. He said we were lucky that we found it so easily. He showed us that, based on where the leak was, we were going to have to replace the shower fixture. (It only leaked when the water was turned on, fortunately).
Borys told us to buy the replacement fixture and he would come back the next day to do the repair.
We did and he came back and fixed things good as new. I was very happy with the price, based on the time and effort he spend to identify and repair the leak. It has been a few weeks now and we have no more issues. I just need to repair the drywall now.
I will use DrainCom again for my next plumbing need.
