called this group in...came to repair computer issue...I paid the tech with a credit card. Got a receipt. A while later I got an e-mailed invoice requesting payment. I telephoned....the directing/owning party...named Rick said he would speak to the tech, who then said he had forgotten I had paid him. OOPs...so I asked Rick to send a receipt marked paid...straight forward request...he said I had a receipt...he expected me to retain a receipt for an indefinite period of time rather than taking a moment to e-mail one marked paid...he was annoyed that I would ask for such a thing...rather than retain a single receipt indefinitely...finally he said he would in a few moments...receipt never came...some weeks later I get another receipt requesting payment....I call...Rick again...he claims that he doesn't know why I got another invoice...it came from another party,,,in his group...I said maybe the party was reviewing accounts and found invoice...he still didn't want to sent a paid receipt....another e-mail invoice received...the second party claims the receipt is marked paid,,,not visible...I call Rick I asked again...I told him that I didn't want to play his game anymore...I was called paranoid for asking for a paid receipt...finally got one....Great customer service...beware...double dealing or loose bookkeeping...what ? Do not book these folks,..
