Nelson came very highly recommended to me by another roofer who was going on vacation.
Due to the harsh weather this winter we had a leak in our flat roof. I called Nelson in the middle of February to look at my situation. Not only did he come to the premises immediately, he tried to prevent any further leakage seeping into the building. Nelson took pictures of our roofing system in order to explain thoroughly what the problems are and how he can rectify them. While completing the work as promised, in the great quality, time estimated, and cost quoted he provided me with reports on the roofing progress. Nothing extra was charged, for doing a few additional things which he said he would do. I was enthralled to watch a man who takes great pride in a job well done. Nelson will not consider a job completed until he himself is satisfied with the work and nothing was left done below his high standards. Nelson is also proud of his work and occasionally he drives down the street to inspect his old work. As a matter of fact he has returned to the roof after a major rain fall for inspection.
I feel reassured that Nelson by doing those things, that he is trustworthy and reassuring and will be there to stand behind his work
