Backsplash

UPDATE JULY 15TH
This an update from my previous review of Speers Flooring. I did have some issues with mis-communications etc. however, I did hear from the owner almost immediately to address my concerns. He was very sincere and thorough, and I really appreciate the time he took in his detailed explanation. After his response, I would definitely give Speers Flooring another chance, Thank you

Backsplash

I found the perfect backsplash tile at Speers, I was there on a Friday and spoke to a sales associate I was told that a installer would contact me Monday or Tuesday to come and measure estimate by Tues evening hadn't heard so I called and spoke to the associate and was told sorry we don't do that so fill out this form - ok I did and on Wednesday I sent a detailed description with photos, ok spoke to same associate was told the in stock tile was no longer in stock and had to be ordered she would do that now and I would come tomorrow to pay for it and the backsplash could be installed the following week. Great. Got a call back in 10 minutes nope can't order it without paying for it cant give credit card over the phone and they were closing so if I could come first thing on Thursday and pay they would order and install could be completed the following week - so I rush Thursday order the tile pay for it and then another women approaches me and says sorry but no install for 5 weeks too busy. When I explained I was told more than once that next week was what I was given the response was "Well what can I tell you there's no chance we're too busy" - ok then they give me a list of recommended installers - called the two recommendations - 1 did not ever respond the other called and I sent information told me he could do it right away left him 4 more messages and never heard from him again. So all the information given to me was completely inaccurate and just wrong obviously the salesperson had no clue what she was talking about - and to be honest after all this if I could have bought the tile somewhere else I certainly would have, unfortunately Speers was the only place that carried it
