Synergy Contracting Inc.

We were excited to have these guys do more work for us and the process started out great. We met with Kevin, and as usual, we was good to deal with, friendly, informative, etc. and he was appreciative of us using them again as well as the subsequent work the company has gotten because of our referrals. We had our backyard and front porch done and the work turned out ok, we are happy with the results, for the most part, however, there were a few things that needed to be redone. Bottom line, the work was rushed this time around. They left things a mess; rocks, debris on the street and our grass & garbage left behind, cigarette butts everywhere on our lawn and the garage door unhinged and water pipe loose. Kevin took care of the garage and water pipe quickly as well as getting rid of the extra stones (which was an issue the last time). This was prior to our full payment. Now that we have paid (actually overpaid), and we have a small issue that needs to be dealt with - no response. They are currently working on another home on our street so, I understand they are busy but, not even a call or text back doesn't sit well with us considering they have gotten other clients because of their work on our home.
Overall everything looks good but the process was not as pleasant this time around.
