The Rondale Build was my first custom home, I made lots of mistakes and leaned a number of things that I will take to the next build. When I met trades as good as Synergy Contracting I treated them like gold, cause they cared about my build. You can tell from the very first 15 mins of meeting all the guys that Synergy takes pride in what they do. It was my name all over that build and Synergy treated it as if it was there own home. We all know hardscaping and landscaping are one hell of a messy business but Synergy Contracting was there on time, everyday, they kept the site clean all day, they left it clean at the end of each day, they respected the home, the neighbours, the community. Synergy Contracting came in with great suggestions, listened to myself and my clients tastes and delivered, not everything worked out as planned and Synergy was amazing at shifting gears, suggesting alternate ways to fulfil the project, all the while staying in budget and on time. Like I said in the beginning, when i meet trades that take great pride in what they do, I treat them like gold. I'm counting the days for winter to end so I can have Synergy Contracting on my next build.
