Brian Range Hood

Called Broan about the Range hood. Everything was good until Trans Globals incompetent repair guy shows up. Doesn’t have a clue what he is doing. He is unable to remove the filters. My wife removes them with ease. After the filters are removed for him he takes a picture of the serial number plate puts the filters back in and says he needs to order parts. When he finally returns he has some mother board and a helper but no transformer. My call to Trans Global was because of a humming noise coming from the Range hood. I have waiting six months for the repair and my next step is to remove the Range Hood and return it to the retailer I purchased it from. I really do not want Trans Global back in my house.

The Most Incompetent Company in Service/Repair

If you deal with this company, you will surely find that you are dealing with a outfit that is one clown short of a circus. They will blame manufacturer's for their own lack of skills from ordering parts to job planning and execution. They are incompetent, have no common sense and can drag a simple job out for months. Yes I mean months. I don't know how they stay in business. Honest they cannot plan out anything efficiently. There right hand doesn't know what there left hand is doing. Everything you have read from others reviews of this business is true. I WILL NEVER use them again!!!!!

Thermador wall oven.

Terrible service with these people. Our service tech had no idea how to fix our wall oven. Twice installed the sensor wrong, it shorted out. Trans global said it was something else so they wouldn't have to cover another service call. No oven for six weeks. Stay away from this company. Their service techs are not qualified to work on all makes and models. I will tell everyone from this day on, to never buy a Thermador product, or use Transglobal service for any repairs.

HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

About a MONTH ago my fridge broke. I've been paying insurance for my utilities 220$ a month for about 3 years now so it was covered. 3 DAYS after my fridge breaks we get a tech come to the house to see what parts need to be ordered. A WEEK later the tech comes by with the parts.... which of course turn out to be the WRONG ONES. Another WEEK goes by and the technician DAN comes again with parts which of course happen to be the wrong ones..... AT THIS POINT its been 20 days since we've last had our fridge working- today is a TUESDAY, we were called saying they would have the part on THURSDAY.. 22 DAYS without a fridge. NOTHING to compensate. YOU GUYS SUCK. PATHETIC. YOU HAVE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER CARE OF APPRECIATION. A fridge is a necessity. Maybe a sense of urgency would be appreciated? For anyone reading this you're honestly better of NOT dealing with these guys and getting a completely new appliance- 220$ x 36 months in total = 7920$ spent- All to wait basically a month for a simple fridge repair. YOU GUYS SUCK.

The Forever Fridge Fiasco

Bought a Frigidaire fridge through Sears. The compressor went in the fridge after having it for only 18 month. Had to pay for the initial service call 3 weeks ago. Transglobal did help me negotiate with Electrolux to get them to cover the cost of the part, however, now I'm waiting........Waiting and waiting for the part and the service call (I'll have to pay for the labour). Incredibly frustrating.

Horribly disorganized and take forever

I have been forced to deal with this company for years because of a deal I have with The Brick through work for appliances. Transglobal handles the service. (I have bought thousands of dollars worth of appliances over the last 10 years, for 3 different homes I might add).
With Transglobal, It takes forever to get an appointment and then forever to get parts. I sometimes have to wait a month or more to get things repaired. You should hear what the repair guy has to say about them.....I don't know who makes the decision on who The Brick gives the service to, but they really need to take a serious look and review the issues they must certainly be aware of. I have even told my rep at The Brick to just google Transglobal and they will see what we all have to suffer through.

Fridge

I bought a fridge at the Brick about six months ago to replace the one from only six years ago which broke down as well. Both fridges needed major parts. The Brick does not offer extended warranty. MTransglobal came for both fridges. The first fridge would have been over $1000.00 to fix. I paid $100.00 to the

repairman and went to the same store/The Brick to buy the fridge. It is
broken since Monday. I called
Transglobal as it's in the first year
warranty. They stated they needed the serial number. I was at work. Two days without a fridge. Wednesday, the repairman came and said it's the
thermostat. Also, the fan was nosey so needed the board replaced. I demanded to speak with someone higher up at
Transglobal on Tuesday when they asked for the serial number because being
without a fridge is no fun, besides
second time throwing out food. I have also been in contact with Electrolux. So back and forth with both companies.
Electrolux sent a credit to Transglobal for the fridge. I only found out yesterday from the manager by calling that Transglobal sends the credit to the store
once it is approved by them after 5 to ten business days. She said that she will try to get a bar fridge for me and call me back. I did not hear from her. It will be a week without a fridge. I took time off work on Wednesday for the repairman to come as the only work between 8 to 4. I have to eat out & nothing to drink but water. Why I am going through all this nonsense! BTW, it's a 12 cubic ft fridge. I do not know why they keep breaking down. The first one was a GE and this one is a Fridgeaire. Electrolux also said they do not fix those fridges, they replace them.

Worst Company Ever

Worst company ever. My freezer handle broke . Called Brick cust serv, they said I have to call parts gave me Transglobal Parts number. I called them, they sent me back to Brick. I told Brick what happened, they gave me another Transwarranty parts. Same story back and forth. They said it was cosmetic and may not be covered. I cannot open the door without a handle. How can it be cosmetic? Worst company ever. I will never buy from Brick or use Trans Global Warranty ever in my life again.
